Shipping Policy
WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING POLICY ?
We can ship to all 50 states in the United States, although not all items can be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii due to some freight restrictions. Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. We use UPS, FedEx and common carriers that will not accept a PO Box as an address. Please always provide a physical street address location with every order.
We cannot ship to APO/FPOs, customs brokers, freight forwarders and in some cases, third party addresses different from a credit card mailing address. Pinnacle Industrial & MRO Sales reserves the right to reject any order for any reason.
The United States and many localities have laws, codes, ordinances, rules and regulations governing sales, construction, installation, and/or use of products that may vary from those in other areas. Pinnacle Industrial & MRO Sales does not guarantee compliance and is not responsible for how the product is installed or used. You are responsible for all issues of compliance and safety for installation, operation, maintenance and proper usage with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations, including all requirements from the product manufacturer regarding installation or use of their products.
Many of our items can be shipped via an overnight or two (2) Day shipping service. If you are considering this option, your order must be placed via telephone before 12:00 noon EST. The additional fees and charges associated with the expedited shipping will be added to your order. If you requested expedited shipping on an order and wish to return the item, the overnight shipping charges will not be refunded.
We require approximately 24 hours for processing of most orders. UPS and FedEx normally require a maximum of five days to ship an order from the East Coast to the West Coast, and fewer days as the distance lessens.
We will ship your order using services such as FedEx and UPS. Larger products or large order sizes may be shipped using a common commercial freight carrier. Commercial carriers are more cost effective on large shipments or orders and help us ensure that your products arrive in good condition. If orders must be palletized, we will contact you to coordinate loading dock shipments. We do not use the United States Postal Service because it is not normally capable of supplying timely tracking services.
Our shipping rates are determined by our carrier’s shipping costs, which are based on the weight and the size of the package and the distance it must travel. If an item is heavier than allowed to be shipped by UPS or FedEx, then it must be shipped by common carrier.
We currently ship from a variety of locations, but generally all items are in stock at the primary shipping point in Long Island.
We are not yet able to ship your orders using your account information. Our order processing system will not accept third party shipping payments or account numbers.
We cannot ship internationally or directly to APO/FPOs, customs brokers, or freight forwarders. Any order processed that indicates a shipping address for export outside of the U.S. will be rejected.
At this time we do not yet have a “Will Call” Counter, but if you want to pick up large orders in the greater New York City area you must contact us prior to entering your order, to make the necessary arrangements in advance.
